PLEASE NOTE: FROM AUGUST 2018 YOU CANNOT ORDER YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION FROM THE PHARMACY. Please order your repeat prescription via this website or bring your slip to Reception. The surgery will NOT accept repeat requests via the telephone. Please see the Patient information leaflet
Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment. Requests for prescriptions should be made in writing, by fax or by using the interactive facility on this website. We are unable to take orders or issue repeat prescriptions over the telephone in order to avoid mistakes occurring. Your prescription will be ready within 48 hours. If you prefer, we can arrange for your prescription to be sent to a local chemist. PLEASE REMEMBER TO TELL US WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE TO COLLECT YOUR PRESCRIPTION FROM EVERY TIME YOU MAKE A REQUEST. Electronic Prescription Service
On 12 June 2014, Rectory Meadow Surgery moved to the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). EPS is an NHS service which allows you to choose to have your prescription sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice for collection.
