We offer both face to face and telephone appointments for our clinical team. We also work very closely with our Primary Care Network colleagues in order to offer a wide range of clinics over a number of disciplines including pharmacists, physio's, health and wellbeing coaches including nutritional support and social prescribers.
Our trained Patient Advisors will ask you a few questions regarding your appointment needs to prioritise your care with the most appropriate healthcare professional. Confidentiality guidelines are strictly adhered to, a brief summary of your issue guides our doctors so that they can be prepared for your appointment or can escalate your care if they are concerned.
For all appointments, please press option 1 when telephoning the surgery.
Around two thirds of appointments are kept free every day for booking on the day. One third will be available for advanced booking by up to six weeks ahead. This to try to balance the need for pre-booking appointments and to ensure there is enough space for people who are poorly that day.
Routine appointments are usually booked at 10-minute intervals. Please let us know if you need more time, either for complex problems or for other members of your family.
You can currently book telephone appointments online with Patient Access via the link at the top of this page or the NHS App - these are at the beginning and the end of the day.
We operate a book on the day approach to appointments over the school holidays.
